I’m  following  up  on  the  Chancellor’s  email  to  UIS  students  this  morning  to  ask  that  you  encourage  students  in  your  classes  to  participate  in  this  brief  student  satisfaction  survey.  The  survey  opened  today,  March  22,  and  closes  April  14.

On  Wednesday,  March  22  all  enrolled  students  received  an  e-mail  link  to  a  survey  from  Chancellor  Gooch.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">Caydence  Lomprez-Ervin  of  Springfield,  a  recent  gradaute  of  Lanphier  High  School,  has  been  admitted  to  the  University  of  Illinois  Springfield  for  Fall  Semester  2023  and  awarded  a  $24,000  Lincoln  Merit  Scholarship  for  tuition  over  four  years.  At  UIS,  she  will  major  in  psychology.



The  scholarship  is  awarded  based  on  high  school  GPA  and  can  be  renewed  for  a  total  of  four  years  if  the  student  maintains  college  GPA  requirements.



At  Lanphier,  she  played  volleyball  and  was  a  member  of  the  National  Honor  Society.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">Please  be  advised  that  on  Tuesday  morning,  March  21,  parking  lots  C,  D,  and  E  may  be  filled  more  than  usual  between  9  am  and  noon  due  to  a  large  event  rental  at  the  Sangamon  Auditorium.&nbsp;  PERKS  spaces  remain  available  for  PERKS  permit  members  to  park  in  their  designated  space.
