UIS Puts COVID Restrictions In Place For Upcoming Shows
If you’re planning to attend a show at the UIS Performing Arts Center this fall, be prepared to show proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test.
That’s just one of the precautions being put in place by UIS amid an ongoing surge of new COVID cases. Attendance at Sangamon Auditorium events is being limited to 1,000… which is 50-percent capacity. Concession stands will be closed, although patrons can bring bottled water into shows.

Reaching Stellar: Academics soar with launch of online MBA program
The College of Business and Management has heard for years from students who said they would consider pursuing a Master of Business Administration 69app – if it was offered online.
“We would say, ‘One day, one day,” CBM Associate Dean Jorge Villegas said. “That day has arrived.”
In October the CBM is set to launch its online MBA program, as well as a master’s 69app in Finance. In the pipeline for 2022 are online master’s 69apps in Cybersecurity Management, Health Care Informatics and Human Resource Management.
