"Tableaux Musicaux" Faculty Voice Recital
Please join us for a faculty voice recital featuring UIS faculty vocalist Aubrey Hawkinson. The program explores themes of friendship, love, lust, and loss, and includes works by Gounod, Handel, Mozart, Sondheim, Massenet, Schumann. This is part of the UIS Music Faculty Recital Series. Making Our History: Artists Render Lincoln鈥檚 Legacies
Join the Visual Arts Gallery between August 11, 2022 through September 18, 2022 for an exhibition featuring artwork by local artists from Illinois. Artwork for this exhibition will be spread between the VA Gallery, the Springfield Art Association M.G. Nelson Family Gallery, and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library. An art crawl between the three locations will be happening during the opening reception on August 11, 2022 starting at 4:30 PM at the ALP Library, then 5:00 PM at the SAA, and ending with the VA Gallery at 5:30 PM.

A reception will be held in the UIS Visual Arts Gallery from 5 :30-8 p.m. Thursday, April 28. This event is free and open to the public.
