Brookens Library (BRK) is located between the Health and Sciences Building (HSB) and the Public Affairs Center (PAC).

Space Requests
Group Study Rooms
Group study rooms seating up to 4 people are available on all levels of Brookens library and are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are not available.

The computers in Brookens Library are provided for the use of all students, faculty, staff, and community members. All activities must adhere to the .
Logging in
Student, faculty, and staff should use their NetID and password to login to the computers.
Print, Copy, Scan
Black and White Printers
There are one black and white printer in the library on the main floor and one in the PAC lobby near the ticket booth. Black and white print jobs are $0.22 per page.
Color Printers
There is one color printer in the library on the main floor. Color print jobs are $0.30 per page.
UIS Thesis & Dissertations
SSU/UIS MASTERS PROJECTS/THESES/PHD DISSERTATIONS
Masters projects and theses are an important record of the scholarly activities of a university's students. University Assembly Bill 6-13 "Policies on Graduate Study" of 1978 stated that "the written portion of the [masters] project must be filed in the University Library."
