I am happy to announce that Gabe Cagwin, PhD, will be the new vice chancellor for advancement at UIS, pending Board of Trustees approval. Gabe will serve as vice-chancellor designate until anticipated BOT action in November. He will also serve as senior vice president for 69萝莉app Foundation.
