Our fitness program is made up of group fitness and personal training programs.
Tired of social distanceing, murder hornets, celebrity deaths, and the election? Ready to leave 2020 in the dust? Join Campus Recreation for the Run Away from 2020 virtual race and leave 2020 behind you!
Participants have from December 15, 2020 to January 15, 2021 to complete this run.
Registration is Free for the first 100 UIS fee paying students and $10 for online students/faculty/staff.

Campus Recreation currently offers Adult CPR/AED and First Aid classes through the American Heart Association. These classes use an in-person class learning style in which both the educational portion and skills session are completed in a classroom setting. Classes are $25 for UIS students and the certification is valid for 2 years.
