Gabriella Przygocki awarded a $40,000 scholarship from the University of Illinois Springfield
Gabriella Przygocki of Lawrenceville, a senior at Red Hill High School, has been admitted to the University of Illinois Springfield for Fall Semester 2023 and awarded a $40,000 Capital Scholars Honors Program Scholarship for tuition over four years. At UIS, she plans to major in accountancy.
The scholarship is awarded based on high school GPA and can be renewed for a total of four years if the student maintains college GPA requirements.

Dear Faculty and Staff —
Multiple consultations were held regarding the Huron Consultants’ report and the Union’s recommendations on that report. The final recommendations from Academic Affairs have been made to the Chancellor, and she will announce the University’s approach to salary adjustments to faculty on Monday.
This afternoon, I will meet with members of the Union to discuss the University’s final decision.
