UIS Volleyball Earns 2025 AVCA Team Academic Award

The UIS volleyball program has once again been recognized for its excellence in the classroom, earning theĀ 2025 AVCA Team Academic Award.
Presented by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), the award honors collegiate and high school volleyball teams that maintained aĀ year-long team GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale. This year, aĀ record-breaking 1,450 programsĀ nationwide earned the distinction.

Jones Resigns as Head Volleyball Coach at UIS

llinois Springfield head volleyball coach Kamille Jones has announced her resignation after four seasons as the leader of the Prairie Stars. She has accepted the head coaching position at Chicago State University.
