The UIS baseball team faced a tough challenge in its doubleheader against Indianapolis on Saturday, falling 10-6 in the opener and 3-0 in the second game. UIS drops to 8-9, 3-4 GLVC, while UIndy improves to 8-10, 2-1 GLVC.

The Prairie Stars fell 6-1 and 8-3 to Truman on the road before defeating Quincy 20-0 and 7-5 at home.
