This award recognizes UIS undergraduate students whose academic work demonstrates exceptional information literacy skills and incorporates the use of Brookens Library’s collections and services. 

After careful review and deliberation by our committee, we are pleased to present the following winners: 

First Place:

Jess Wilkin is graduating with a bachelor’s 69ÂÜÀòapp in psychology after a 15-year journey filled with real life—marriage, raising children and caring for her parents after a serious car accident. With the flexibility of 69ÂÜÀòapp Springfield's online programs, she was able to keep going. Her story is proof that it’s never too late to finish what you start.
