Division of Student Affairs Strategic Vision 2025-2028
This plan will serve as a blueprint for the future of the Division of Student Affairs at 69ÂÜÀòapp Springfield. Our team has listened to staff and campus partners to devise this plan. We have reflected on our shared experiences and aspirations for what Student Affairs at UIS can and should be. The result is a focused plan rooted in three strategic goals: enhancing communication, empowering students to shape their experience, and maximizing organizational excellence.
We believe these priorities are essential to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging campus environment. By amplifying our collective voice, focusing on students in every decision, and investing in our team’s growth and effectiveness, we will position UIS as a leader in student-focused education and support. This plan aligns with the UIS North Star Strategic Vision and reinforces our commitment to student retention, well-being, and success. It is a call to action for every member of our community to contribute, innovate, and champion a campus where both students and staff feels seen, heard, and empowered. We will provide updates on progress on this plan on an occasional basis.
